Itinerary

Day 1 Nairobi to Samburu National Reserve (Cultural Immersion) approx 6 hrs
Depart from Nairobi and drive north, crossing the Equator with a brief stop for photos. The drive offers changing landscapes as you head into the semi-arid northern region.Arrival for lunch at SAMBURU SIMBA lodge and have an evening game drive looking for the "Samburu Special Five": the Grevy's zebra, reticulated giraffe, Beisa oryx, Somali ostrich, and gerenuk (long-necked antelope).
* Evening: Dinner and overnight in Samburu Simba lodge.
Day 2 Samburu National Reserve (Wildlife & Local Lore}
Morning : Embark on a visit to a local Samburu village (Manyatta). Here, you'll be welcomed by warriors and women, learn about their pastoral lifestyle, see their traditional dome-shaped homes, witness a traditional jumping dance (similar but distinct from the Masai Adumu), and learn about their unique bead work and customs.Return to hotel for late lunch and later a brief evening game drive.
Evening: Dinner and overnight in Samburu.
Day 3 Samburu to Lake Nakuru National Park apprx 6 hrs mins
Early breakfast and check-out: Drive south towards the Great Rift Valley, with a stop at the beautiful Thomson's Falls in Nyahururu. Arrive in the hotel for lunch.
Enjoy evening game drive in Lake Nakuru National Park. The park is famous as a sanctuary for both black and white rhinoceros and for its spectacular bird-life, including the vast flocks of flamingos (season dependent).
* Evening: Dinner and overnigt at Buraha zenoni hotel.
Day 4 Lake Nakuru to Maasai Mara National Reserve (Scenic Transfer) apprx 5hrs
Have breakfast and then depart for the Maasai Mara.The drive to the Mara will take you through stunning landscapes, including the heart of the Maasai country. Arrive at Maji moto Eco camp for lunch.In the evening you will make an essential visit to a local Maasai Boma (village). This is a very immersive experience where you will be invited into a traditional home (manyatta), witness the famous Adumu (jumping dance), learn about their medicine, cattle herding traditions, and warrior lifestyle and a brief walk with a local masai guide from the camp.
* Evening: Dinner and overnight at Maji Moto Eco camp.
Day 5 Maasai Mara National Reserve [ultimate wildlife experience]
Full day of game viewing in the Maasai Mara. You can opt for a full-day drive with a picnic lunch at a scenic spot. The Mara is the best place to spot the Big Five (lion, leopard, elephant, buffalo, and rhino). The hotel will provide packed picnic lunch.
* Evening: Dinner and overnight at Maji Moto Eco Camp.
Day 6 Maasai Mara to Nairobi (Departure) apprx 5hrs
Enjoy final entertainment with the Maasai in the morning before or after breakfast.
Depart from the Maasai Mara and drive back to Nairobi Lunch en-route. : Arrive back in Nairobi in the evening, where you will be dropped off at the airport for your onward flight or at your city hotel.
