Itinerary

Day 1 Nairobi to Amboseli National Park

* Morning: Pick-up from Nairobi (hotel or airport) and drive to Amboseli National Park (approx. 5 hours, depending on traffic).
* Afternoon: Arrive at your hotel for check-in and lunch.
* Late Afternoon: Embark on your first afternoon game drive. Amboseli is famous for its large herds of elephants and stunning views of Mount Kilimanjaro, often clearest in the late afternoon.
* Overnight: Amboseli kimana Camp or similar on full board

Day 2 Full Day Amboseli National Park

After breakfast you will pick your lunch picnic boxes at reception for full day game drive. You will take your lunch at Observation Hill for a panoramic view of the park.
* Evening : Optional masai village visit
* Overnight: Amboseli kimana camp or similar on full board

Day 3 Amboseli to Lake Naivasha

After breakfast Drive to the Great Rift Valley, heading for Lake Naivasha (approx. 6hours). Arrive to hotel for lunch and check-inn.
* Evening: Visit the famous Hells gate national park for cycling or safari in the car. The park's dramatic, rocky scenery and gorges were a major inspiration for the animated background art and setting of the classic Disney film, The Lion King. The 2003 film Lara Croft: Tomb Raider – The Cradle of Life was also shot there.
* Overnight: Aqua resort or similar.

Day 4 Lake Naivasha to Lake Nakuru National Park

After breakfast, you have an optional visit to crescent island and boat ride in lake Naivasha or depart directly to Nakuru. Arrive to hotel for lunch and check-inn.
* Evening: afternoon game drive in Lake Nakuru National Park, a designated rhino sanctuary. Look for both black and white rhinos, and, seasonally, the vast flocks of flamingos that turn the lake pink.
* Overnight: Buraha zenoni hotel.

Day 5 Lake Nakuru to Maasai Mara National Reserve

Enjoy an early breakfast and depart for the world-famous Maasai Mara National Reserve (approx. 5 hours drive).Arrive at your camp in the Mara, check in, and have lunch.
* Evening: Head out for your first exhilarating afternoon game drive in the Mara, renowned for its large predator population and sweeping savanna landscapes.
* Overnight: mara luxury kimana camp or similar on full board.

Day 6 Full Day Maasai Mara National Reserve

After breakfast you will begin your full-day game drive with a packed picnic lunch to maximize your time searching for the Big Five and witnessing potential predator-prey interactions. you have an optional early morning Hot Air Balloon Safari (at extra cost) for an incredible bird's-eye view of the Mara, followed by a champagne breakfast. Another option is a visit to a local Masai village after game drive.
* Overnight: Mara kimana luxury camp or similar on full board.

Day 7 Maasai Mara to Nairobi

After breakfast depart for Nairobi (approx. 5-6 hours) lunch en-route. Arrive in Nairobi (Jomo Kenyatta International Airport or your hotel), where your safari ends.
